You should avoid sending emails with personal information via regular email systems, and please note that we cannot answer medical questions or offer diagnosis or treatment via e-mail. Refill a Prescription

Registered patients can request a refill online at anytime through our Patient Portal. Or, call us at (480) 315-9757, select option #3. For more information on our easy refill process, click here.

Billing / Insurance Questions

If you have a question on a specific invoice or statement for medical services previously rendered, contact our third-party billing department at (480) 830-7361 for fastest service. Or e-mail us and we will research the issue and get back with you as soon as possible. If you have a question about insurance eligibility, our fees, or accounting questions, just contact our Scottsdale medical office by phone or e-mail.

Patient Portal

Registered patients of Dr. Hilts may access and update parts of their family medical record; make appointments; order prescription refills and communicate privately with our office through our very convenient Patient Portal. Click here for more information.

Fax Lines

Clinical-related faxes such as personal or family medical records, lab results, or prescriptions from our Scottsdale medical office should be sent to 480-315-9758. Faxes for the administration, accounting or marketing departments in Scottsdale should be sent to 480-522-1075.

Directions to our Scottsdale Medical Office

From 101/East Valley - take exit #45 on to McDonald Drive in Scottsdale and head west toward town. We’re a little less than 2 miles, on your right.

From North Phoenix/Paradise Valley - work your way to Scottsdale Road and head south. McDonald Drive is about 4 miles south of Shea Blvd. Turn left (east) - we’re about 2 blocks on your left.

From downtown Scottsdale - work your way to Scottsdale Road and head north. McDonald Drive is about 2 miles north of Indian School Road. Turn right (east) - we’re about 2 blocks on your left.
